The mill was built in 1741 and it was made off little stones. These stones are made of clay out the river ‘IJssel’. In the year 1953 there was a big flood. Therefore is the dyke five metre raise. Trough that stand the mill half in the dyke. Now the mill is restored. It is now a beautiful mill.
